The previous post mentioned Isabella Bird’s book, Korea and Her Neighbors. While the book is nearly unfindable — it can apparently be purchased in reprint for around $200 from various sources, but isn’t available to be checked out of any libraries — the woman has inspired a clothing line. Curious.
